And they lived happily ever after! But what happened first? Follow us through a series of favorite fairytale stories designed for our youngest friends including Rapunzel, the Little Red Hen and more! Develop the confidence of sharing a story with a beginning, middle, and end, while working together as a group. This class may be repeated as new stories and activities come to life each session.

Wild Things for Grades K-1
Where are the Wild Things? Right here with Encore Stage & Studio! Monsters, creatures, animals, and aliens are all welcome in this imaginative drama class for young performers. Using the classic Maurice Sendak book as inspiration, students will explore a familiar story and then gain the confidence to create their own wild vision. This class is a great way to stretch the imagination and build confidence on the stage.

Aesop's Fables for Grades K-1
What do “The Tortoise and the Hare,” “The Lion, and the Mouse” and “The Boy Who Cried Wolf” all have in common? Aesop Fables. Educators have re-told these stories and more from generation to generation. Aesop Fables share important life lessons in an imaginative and creative way. Come have fun with as we learn, act, and grow.

Mystery Short Stories for Grades 4-5
Greetings fellow sleuths and private eyes! Are you a fan of Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys? Do you enjoy figuring out if it was Mr. Green in the library with the wrench? Then join us in our Mystery Short Stories class. Where students will use their deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills to deduce various whodunnits! And maybe just maybe, write our own mysteries! Are you ready to gather the clues and crack the case…?

Sing and dance your heart out as you learn to captivate an audience in this fast-paced class. Designed to bring together experienced students and beginners, Saturday Showstoppers will help students hone their musical theatre skills through vocal and dance work. The class will combine the talents of all the students enrolled, and will culminate in a sharing for friends and family on the last day of class.

Have fun working on both classic and contemporary melodic songs, wow the crowd with your beautiful voice while dazzling them with your acting ability. This class will help both beginning and experienced students to focus on vocals, choreography, and group work.
